Thank you for your interest in this year's Festival of Trees. Please use this page to REGISTER as a Festival of Trees SPONSOR. The current levels of available sponsorships are listed for your generous consideration.

Sponsorship LEVELS
and Information

 

Sponsors are critical as dynamic members of our community who invest in the development and improvement of the quality of life among the underserved who live and work in Hamilton County.  


EVENT Sponsor $8,000 - 3 / Tables (24 Tickets—including one full meal and a total of 24 wristbands for an open bar during the entire evening. You will distribute these to your guests. This includes ten minutes of platform presentation time, literature placement at each seat, and an on-site booth set up during the event. 


PINNACLE Sponsor $4,000 - 2 / Tables (16 Tickets – including one full meal, 8 complimentary beverage tickets per guest.  


PILLAR Sponsor $ 2,000 - 1 / Table (8 Tickets – including one full meal, 4 complimentary beverage tickets per guest. 


PLATFORM Sponsor $ 1,000 - 4 / Tickets (including one full meal, 2 complimentary beverage tickets per guest.


PARTNER Sponsor $ 500 - 2 / Tickets (including one full meal, 1 complimentary beverage ticket per guest.


NOTE: Due to Indiana Gaming Commission policies, we have discontinued "CHANCE TO WIN" this year and will include those items in the SILENT AUCTION. Benefits have increased sponsor drink ticket quantities due to this change.
 

Media Promotions – Sponsors will be given name recognition in the program, print pieces, website, news releases, and other media promotions (within sign-up guidelines and deadlines). 
 

Limited table seating: eight (8) per table. 

 

All “wristbands,” and “beverage tickets,” tickets will be included in each sponsor’s packet and available upon arrival. Sponsors are responsible for distributing these to their guests.

Form Sponsor Registration
SPONSORS will not RSVP for the evening. Based on your sponsorship level, you will automatically be assigned a reservation.
