InKind Panel 1
What HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE Items Can I DONATE?

Whether you become a iSponsor or not, you can still DONATE items to be used in our Holiday Assistance program:

What Is Considered An In-Kind Donation?

Every nonprofit receives some level of support based on Transactions (cash, check, card) or In-Kind (goods and services) contributions.

In-Kind Donations and contributions are non-cash donations in the form of goods or services*. Typically this includes food, as well as new or gently used clothing, toys, household items, equipment, bicycles, vehicles, etc.

In-Kind Donations are critical in providing new and gently used items to be re-purposed to the under-served residents of Hamilton County. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law and are acknowledged with a donation receipt.

The GSN General Board of Directors and the Federal Government require documented receipts.

*Other types of In-Kind contributions could include labor, product, equipment, technical, consulting, training, materials, etc., or service related for which the organization would normally have to pay.
